1. Your inputs stay yours

You keep all ownership of the topics, questions, notes, passages and files you paste or upload (“Inputs”). We do not claim ownership of your Inputs.

2. Licence you grant us

You grant EDUCATION CONFERENCES UK LTD a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transmit your Inputs solely to operate the service and generate your results, including sending them to the AI provider(s) that produce explanations, visuals and clips. This licence ends when your Inputs are deleted or cleared from our cache (normally within 30 days), except where we must retain records to meet a legal obligation.

3. You must have the rights

You confirm you own or are permitted to use everything you upload. Do not upload copyrighted material you have no right to use, confidential information, or third-party personal data you are not entitled to share.

4. Your generated results

Subject to these terms and your active subscription, you may use the explanations, visuals and clips Studiora generates for you for your personal study, teaching preparation and revision. You must use them in line with our Acceptable Use Policy — in particular, not as work submitted for academic credit. AI-generated output may not be eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction and similar output may be generated for other users.

5. We do not train on your content

We do not use your Inputs or generated results to train AI models. We process them only to deliver and support your results.

6. Our brand and site

The Studiora name, site design, text and imagery are owned by EDUCATION CONFERENCES UK LTD and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
