Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us when you use Studiora.
Last updated: 13 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of Studiora, operated by EDUCATION CONFERENCES UK LTD at educonuk.shop. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Studiora is
Studiora is an online AI study-understanding and knowledge-visualization tool. It turns topics and material into plain-English explanations, concept visuals and explainer clips for the purpose of understanding and revision.
2. Not an accredited provider
Studiora is not a university, college, accredited education provider, or examination board. We do not grant degrees, diplomas, credits or certificates, we do not represent any institution or exam body, and we make no promise or guarantee about grades, exam results, admission or any academic outcome.
3. Academic integrity (core condition of use)
Studiora is for understanding and revision only. You must not use it to write, complete or submit assignments, dissertations, theses or exams as your own work, to sit or assist in exams, to impersonate anyone, to generate answer keys intended for submission, or to breach any academic-integrity rule of your institution. Any output must be restated in your own words and independently completed by you. Misusing Studiora to commit academic fraud is a material breach of these Terms and may result in termination without refund. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 13 to use Studiora. Users aged 13–17 must have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. Studiora is not intended for children under 13.
5. Accuracy and AI output
AI explanations and generated content may be wrong, out of date or simplified and are not academic, legal, medical or financial advice. Formula and calculation outputs are illustrative and are not a guarantee of correctness. You are responsible for verifying important claims and citations against original sources. See the AI Disclaimer.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Studiora is a subscription service billed in USD via Stripe. Paid plans include a monthly topic allowance that does not roll over. There are no credits and no withdrawable balance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Your content and licence
You keep ownership of material you paste or upload and of your generated results. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to provide the service, as described in the Content License. You must have the right to use anything you upload.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including uploading unlawful, infringing or confidential material, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or using it for the prohibited academic-fraud purposes above.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new date.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for reliance on AI output that you did not independently verify. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
